How do we book you for our wedding?

To book us, we first schedule a Zoom or in-person consultation to discuss your needs. A 50% advance payment confirms your booking. All terms are shared via a digital invoice and contract.
Do you travel outside Lahore for weddings?

Yes, absolutely! We cover weddings across Pakistan and are open to destination weddings. Travel and accommodation costs will be discussed in the consultation.
What is the typical delivery timeline for photos and videos?

Raw data: Delivered within one week after your event, once full payment is received. Final deliverables: Shared 10–12 weeks after we receive your shortlisted photos. Albums and videos must be collected personally — we don’t offer home delivery.
How do I shortlist photos for editing?

Upload your raw photos to a cloud drive as a backup. Delete unnecessary photos. Create folders by family groups. Send us screenshots with clear file names on WhatsApp. This helps streamline our editing and album creation process.
Can I give special photo requests or poses?

Yes, definitely! We encourage you to share all your special requests, shot ideas, and inspirations in the WhatsApp group we create for coordination. It helps us align with your vision perfectly.
What should we keep in mind on the shoot day?

Be punctual — time lost can’t be recovered for photos. Wear comfortable outfits and weather-appropriate makeup. Bring water, light snacks, and personal props if any. Most importantly, relax and enjoy the experience!
What if we are late to the shoot?

We recommend a buffer of at least 45 minutes, especially if you’re coming from a salon. Timeliness ensures a stress-free experience and complete coverage.
Who should we coordinate with from your team?

All wedding-related communication should be only with Arfa or Usman. Kindly avoid giving instructions or sharing payment details with other team members.
Do you keep backups of our wedding data?

No, we do not retain backups after delivery. Please upload your final deliverables to cloud storage to preserve them safely.
Do you offer albums, and how can I collect them?

Yes, we design and print albums. However, clients are responsible for collecting albums and videos in person once they’re ready.
What’s your photography style?

Our style is a blend of candid, elegant, and documentary, with a strong focus on emotions, artistic angles, and storytelling through visuals.
Can we bring props or include cultural elements?

Absolutely! We encourage couples to bring along props or items of personal or cultural significance. Let us know in advance so we can incorporate them meaningfully.
Do you offer albums and prints?

Yes! We offer beautifully designed custom wedding albums, framed portraits, and print boxes. You can also order these after your event.
How far in advance should we book you?

For peak wedding seasons (November–February), we recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance. However, feel free to reach out anytime — we might still be available on your date!
